「A beautiful lodge set on a wine farm, the building is wrapped around a swimming pool with the dining room and guest suites looking onto the pool and carefully tended garden. Food was excellent, staff attentive.」

「Have stayed in Upington several times before but first time we have stayed at Browns Manor. Fully deserves 4 star rating. A green oasis in the Kalahari - massive koi carp a reap bonus. Staff really kind and helpful. Nice clean pool with shaded area and loungers. Good quality breakfast included.」

「The location is conveniently located next to the main road with safe parking. Our room overlooked the river featuring amazing sunset views. The food at the restaurant was excellent.」

「Convenient property. Get an upstairs room if possible since you can hear people walking upstairs and talking. Price is reasonable so it gets 5 stars overall. Stayed here many years ago when they first opened. No breakfast due to COVID changes. Good wifi internet. Stairs are somewhat steep so not good if you have any disabilities.」

「An interesting place , high level of security The room we had was spacious , tub in the bedroom ! Tiny shower & toilet The staff extremely helpful, WiFi internment , Breakfast very expensive for the local money Beautiful setting , I would recommend this hotel to anyone , prices vary for the rooms The room was very clean , the place shuts down after 5 pm, & only cell phone contact is available Towels & bed linen of super quality There is a swimming pool & large gardens I would stay...

「Felt like a business hotel - no frills - but does all the basics right. Did not enjoy the smell of stale cigarette smoke in my bedroom. Breakfast was great - TV channels were good - lots of parking close to rooms. 」
