With a stunning direct view of the water right from the living room, you can immerse yourself in the tranquility of island life. Our cottage is thoughtfully equipped to meet all your basic needs, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to three guests. Enjoy the convenience of boat dockage and trailer parking, making it easy to explore the surrounding waters and embrace the natural beauty that awaits you

    *Note*
    June through September are off season for our village. 3 out of the 4 restaurants are closed, the fish market, and local museum are closed. Marco island is minutes away with regular hours of operation during the summer months.
    *We are not located ON Marco Island, we are 5 miles on the outskirts of the city, and the beaches.
