"I love Margaritaville hotels. I felt sorry for the staff. They were way understaffed especially considering it was the big players championship in town. There was a big lacrosse tournament. They had one girl at the front desk and she was working her tail off so shame on Management for allowing that the poor guy’s in ballet, you had to wait forever for your car because it was so busy it does affect your stay when you have to wait 45 minutes in line. Wi-Fi went out multiple times two days, but it was storming so I can’t really say that’s their fault but the staff is unbelievably courteous in the hotel itself is in great condition. "

"This hotel is 100 years old which I knew but even though some updates, towels very old, no glasses in the room. But the biggest problem is the nightclub on the third floor. Given the age of the hotel it was very very loud until midnight and given the location, late night party goers were also loud. The staff is friendly and it is historic. We paid for another room second night even though we were late to a refund. We needed sleep. And stayed at Margaritaville. Which was excellent!!! "

"Great staff. Great amenities. The pool is awesome. The on site restaurant and bar were great. The view from the room was perfect, watched the sunrise from the balcony in the morning. Slept with the door open to hear the sound of the ocean waves crashing all night. Would definately recommend. "

"Our stay was perfect! The pool and game room offered great entertaining space for our adult family of 8. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving supplies. All of the appliances worked perfectly as well as did the house A\C. The water heater was big enough for 8 people to shower before dinner without anyone getting a cold one. The host provided plenty of paper towels, dish and laundry soap trash bags and toilet paper for our stay. As well, we had plenty of bathing and beach towels for everyone. The beach chairs and umbrellas were also well stocked and in good condition. We walked to Jacksonville beach, restaurant and shops a nice walk, about 15 minutes. Very minor: we couldn’t figure out how to get the video game unit to work, the pics showed 6 pool loungers but there were only 4 and we would’ve liked a full length mirror somewhere upstairs either in the primary suite or somewhere in the hall but that’s literally our only minor disappointments. Highly recommend! "

"Location is nice beachfront, except where my room was located, I couldn’t have my window blinds open because the whole hotel could just see right in because of the layout of hotel which is poor. Bathroom could have been cleaner too, and water pressure in the shower was not good at all. "
