"Room had spider webs in corner of ceiling. Our coffee pot didn’t work. These issues were taken care of once we notified front desk personnel. The grounds and pool area were nice and well kept. Front desk workers had little to no customer care skills. I should not feel like I need a favor when asking them to handle issues with my room. The woman working the morning continental breakfast was very polite, helpful, and a bright spot in our visit."

"I had such a great experience staying here! The hotel was really nice, and our room was cute and comfortable. I especially loved the pool, which was so much fun, and the food at the restaurant downstairs was delicious! What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They honestly made the experience even better! Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. I'd happily come back again!"

"Great location, near airport, 15 minutes to downtown, Stearns Warf and other places of interest in Santa Barbara. Easy in and out access, house was very useful for long weekend visit to attend a family wedding in Santa Barbara. Very comfortable setting and well appointed decor. Kitchen (with some ants) Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean. Communications with property manager was good."
