「Room cleaning needs improvement...」

「I could not satisfy one thing. I stayed #151, facility is excellent, clean and wide enough. However a vibration of smart phone propagae to my room from a room of 2nd floor. I had to wake up at early morning everyday, such as 5:30am.」

「good」

「This is a renovated Holiday Inn, and while the courtyard and pool are wonderful, given the room rates, I expect more luxury in my room from a Hilton property. The bathroom has the original tub and a tile surround with rather dingy grout, in some spots it was quite black. Also, the safety grab bar is at the wrong end of the step in tub so you're stepping in right under the shower head. The bed was very comfortable and the linens and pillows were very nice. The AC unit was very noisy and clearly...

「No amenities like coffee, micro, and frig in room. Next door to room a party went on till 4 in the morning, so not so good. Just okay overall, I won’t stay again due to lack of amenities.」
