"Staff very courteous. In room coffee should be packaged coffee dropped into hot water. What is provided now is messy. Better yet, provide coffee (thermos) in lobby- Much, much better. No towel bars! Not good with small counter space taken up by stacks of towels Plenty of wall space to accommodate them. Possibly an oversight by contractor? Owners aware of this?"
