"On the morning of August 19th, 2025, my mother and I rented a car at 10:00 and began our drive to Esperance. More than just a stay, it gave us comfort right when we needed it most. 2025年8月19日の朝10時にレンタカーを借り、母と一緒にエスペランスへ向けて出発しました。ところが途中でシティ方面に逆走してしまい、そのまま気づかずに走っていたため、到着はなんと20日の深夜2時…。長時間のドライブでクタクタになり、とにかく安心して休める場所が欲しいと思っていました。 そんな状況で泊まったのが「ホスピタリティ エスペランス シュアステイ コレクション バイ ベスト ウェスタン」。レイトチェックインはスタッフ対応こそありませんでしたが、とてもスムーズで、余計な手間なくすぐ部屋に入れてホッとしました。疲れ切った体を癒してくれる安心感に包まれ、ようやく一息つけた瞬間でした。 翌朝、母と迎えたエスペランスの朝は格別でした。立地も便利で、静かな町を一緒に歩いたことは、この旅の中でも忘れられない思い出の一つに。宿泊以上の価値を感じられた滞在であり、ちょうど必要な時に安心を与えてくれるホテルでした。"

"ここのスタッフはとても親切で温かく迎え入れてくれました。設備はボロボロでしたが、良く言えば、歴史を感じるKalgoorlieらしい建物です！バルコニー（他の部屋のとつながっている）に出るドアが壊れていて中途半端にしか閉まらず、その鍵も壊れていたので、侵入される不安が常にありました。また、お部屋の匂いがちょっと気になりました。とは言え、とっても安いのにロケーション最高なので後悔はありません！"
