"On the morning of August 19th, 2025, my mother and I rented a car at 10:00 and began our drive to Esperance. What we didn’t notice at first was that we had accidentally driven back toward the city, adding hours without realizing it. By the time we finally reached Esperance, it was already around 2:00 in the morning on the 20th. After such a long and exhausting drive, all we wanted was a smooth check-in and a good rest. The next morning, waking up in Esperance with my mother, all the stress of the trip melted away. More than just a stay, it gave us comfort right when we needed it most. 2025年8月19日の朝10時にレンタカーを借り、母と一緒にエスペランスへ向けて出発しました。ところが途中でシティ方面に逆走してしまい、そのまま気づかずに走っていたため、到着はなんと20日の深夜2時…。長時間のドライブでクタクタになり、とにかく安心して休める場所が欲しいと思っていました。 そんな状況で泊まったのが「ホスピタリティ エスペランス シュアステイ コレクション バイ ベスト ウェスタン」。レイトチェックインはスタッフ対応こそありませんでしたが、とてもスムーズで、余計な手間なくすぐ部屋に入れてホッとしました。疲れ切った体を癒してくれる安心感に包まれ、ようやく一息つけた瞬間でした。 翌朝、母と迎えたエスペランスの朝は格別でした。立地も便利で、静かな町を一緒に歩いたことは、この旅の中でも忘れられない思い出の一つに。宿泊以上の価値を感じられた滞在であり、ちょうど必要な時に安心を与えてくれるホテルでした。"

"ここのスタッフはとても親切で温かく迎え入れてくれました。設備はボロボロでしたが、良く言えば、歴史を感じるKalgoorlieらしい建物です！バルコニー（他の部屋のとつながっている）に出るドアが壊れていて中途半端にしか閉まらず、その鍵も壊れていたので、侵入される不安が常にありました。また、お部屋の匂いがちょっと気になりました。とは言え、とっても安いのにロケーション最高なので後悔はありません！"
