In the winter, grab your skis or snowboard and you’re steps from a groomed trail that takes you right to the resort with chair lifts and gondola. After skiing, you can take a groomed path that comes out directly across the street from the house. A true ski-in and ski-out!
In addition to being on a world class ski hill, there are several National Parks, hundreds of kilometers of mountain biking trails, tons of hiking, Cedar Lake beach, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, kayaking, white water rafting, fishing, golf, horseback riding, attractions like the Skybridge, the town of Golden and more all nearby.
The house has 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, open concept kitchen / dining room / living room, and everything you need to enjoy your vacation!

The sunken living room on the main floor features heavy exposed timbers, ceiling to floor windows, a wood burning insert fireplace and large flat screen TV with satellite. The large open main floor contains an open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms made for a social environment and a small patio off the kitchen with a BBQ. There is an oversized harvest table in the dining area, great for large meals. Also on the main floor is a bedroom with a queen with twin above bunk bed, as well as a half bathroom.
The upper floor has a master bedroom with king bed and second room with queen with twin above bunk bed. There is one bathroom to share upstairs with a soaker tub and separate shower. Also on the upper level is a small loft area with a foosball table overlooking the lower living room.
The lower level has the fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a double bed, and the den with another queen bed and a double bed. The full bathroom on the lower level is shared and has a washer/dryer.
Off the kitchen is a back deck with a BBQ grill and looks down on the hot tub.
To the back of the home is an 8 person hot tub perfect for After Ski relaxation.

**Damage Deposit of $1000 is required. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
**Maximum of 12 adults. No more than 10 single adults. Additional adults must be part of a couple or a close relative.
**Check-in is 5pm and Check-out is 10am.
**There is a binder in the home will all the information you need to enjoy your stay, including Wi-Fi password.
**We’ll no longer be providing firewood for this property.
