Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Never stay at a privately owned unit, I stayed at the Mantra Hotel, the air conditioning wasn't working I told the receptionist they said to contact the owner, the mattress was vert soft I sunk in it, I was charged $255.00 for a cleaning and service fee. there was no cleaning and no service. there was a chair on the balcony I went to sit down the back fell off, we wanted to go to another hotel but we already paid for 9 nights.
Worst of all we checked out at 10.00am our flight was at 8.20pm I asked the motel if we can store our luggage they said I will have to contact the owner; he said he will give the the address but when I told him for how long he said he doesn't have anywhere, my wife is 72 years old with back and feet problems and I'm 66 years old, we had to lug the heavy luggage where ever we went.
