I am not one to complain, but thought I would write this as a beware post to other travellers, booking with young children, who are looking at this house due to having an advertised heated pool. I’d avoid booking this accomodation during the colder months. As much as David was an attentive host, we experienced several issues during our stay, which ultimately made us regret having booked the holiday in the first place. The property wasn’t clean, the sheets slightly stained and the second bedroom smelled of pet urine, our kids spent most nights sharing a room because the smell was quite strong. We had issues connecting the one tv to the internet, so we had to run our hdmi cord to our laptop. However, with all the issues we experienced we were willing to let these concerns go because we paid for the heated pool, however this was not functioning the 7/10days we stayed. My family and I booked this accomodation, with the expectation of having a heated pool, however we spent most of our days with the kids on their iPads and us having to pay additional costs on other things to keep them entertained. The view was amazing, but ultimately doesn’t justify the amount we spent to have access to a heated pool. We would have spent half the amount and just booked an accommodation with a heated spa or an indoor pool.
