Welcome to your cozy, family-friendly retreat in Broadbeach Waters! Enjoy peaceful water views from the backyard and relax in the compact living area with a small (non-standard size) pool table. Cool off in your private pool or unwind on the sun lounges. The outdoor area features a BBQ perfect for group meals (charcoal not provided). You're just a short drive from Broadbeach beaches, Pacific Fair, The Star Casino, and local dining. The gated yard offers ample space for 5–6 cars (garage not accessible). Free Wi-Fi is included, along with essentials like linens, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. Please note: the backyard is surrounded by trees that provide shade and privacy, but leaves may fall into the yard and pool year-round. We maintain the area regularly, but if you’re sensitive to fallen leaves, this property may not be ideal.
