・ Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen at your convenience, as well as a lounge, the king size bed can comfortably sleep two whilst the bathroom has a wonderful large spa bath.

✅ Key collection is from our office at Suite 54/Level 2 Retail Precinct of Circle on Cavill – 9 Ferny ave, Surfers Paradise. Park in the Circle on Cavill Drive Way, head up to the retail area and turn right in to the walk way next to the Chemist and head up the escalators. Check in is from 3 pm. Our office is open 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Sunday.
The entire property is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were you own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

⚠️ A refundable bond of 250$ taken upon check-in, it will be released after the check-out providing that there is no damage to the property.
⚠️ Please note, there's a 1.5% credit card fee for Master Card, Visa and other cards and 2% for American Express.
⚠️ Please note that there is NO PARKING during your stay.
⚠️ Please note not all rooms have black out blinds, including the living room.
