The front counter staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful. However, I paid for a deluxe ocean view room and it was terrible, I have previously paid for an ocean view room at the same hotel and had a much better apartment.

The receptionist was so rude , very dry and was talking to us like we were dumb people. Terrible woman The building manager , oh god watch out for him , also very rude and got in my face when asked about access to the carpark bins. Oh man he is disgusting. But other then that , room we had was absolutely gorgeous and stunning, very clean and had beach views. Kitchen amenities as well access to indoor outdoor pools Will I stay here again..... Highly unlikely

Staff at reception are lovely and friendly, great location to beach and shops. Apartment was spacious with large balcony , clean and had fantastic views of ocean , city and mountains. You get sunrise and sunset.(room 11E). Highly recommend.

Location is great and we booked an ocean view which was gorgeous! The pool and sauna are not big but does the job. Be careful with the small step before going to the kitchen and bathroom. You do have to step up to avoid stumping your toes.

Great property, older style but had everything we needed. Front desk lady was a bit stressed and a bit sarcastic and grumpy, which we didn’t need after travelling for over 14 hours. Apart from that blip the rest of our holiday was fabulous. Would definitely stay here again. Great location, right on the beach, views to die for and shops and restaurants all within walking distance

Room was not ready by 2pm as per the check in time. Furniture especially the lounge was very very old. Old kitchen with original stove etc and old appliances. Wall paint was terrible and needs repainting. Beds were average. Views of the beach were fantastic. Great indoor pool and spa. Limited visitor parking.

The location of the property is in good area, you can easily walk to the shopping centres & beach. The apartment wasn’t in a clean condition. We weren’t happy with the stay.

Beautiful place to stay. We had an ocean view room that was spacious and tidy. Only complaint would be ants in the kitchen. I locked my phone in the apartment after checking out and the out of hours help was amazing. It only took 30 mins to sort it all out and get us on our way. Would stay here again, and highly recommend

The photos you see online to book look good but the actual apartments were very old, mould in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen had a bad smell and there was dirt in the corners and the kitchen cupboards were filthy. When it rained, the water came inside from the balcony door. The only good and very clean thing was the ocean view from the apartment and the pool toilets that were very clean.

The location is excellent. Short walk to everything. Patrolled, beautiful beach straight across the road. The view was stunning from the 14th floor. Unfortunately my room was very tired and worn and well overdue for a renovation. Compared to my other family members who were in beautifully renovated rooms, I paid the same price as them which is a bit disappointing. The carpet is almost threadbare and very stained. The kitchen was fantastic and a laundry in the room was great. No air conditioning to the bedrooms was a major disappointment. The undercover swimming pool was great for the children. Overall it was a terrific stay and would definitely stay again in another room. The 180 degree views of Surfers Paradise truly made up for the tired old room.

Great position but lacking in comfort

The wide ocean view from the lounge room was great but having only one air conditioner for a 2 bedroom apartment where one of the bedrooms didn’t even have a window that opened was well below expectations. The lounge looked 20 years old and needed replacing several years ago. Only one TV with no subscription channels was also disappointing. Overall, if you want no frills with great views and a position close to Surfers Paradise then it will suit but i recommend going in the cooler months due to the lack of effective A/C.

Family holiday

What a great location. We actually saw whales and dolphins from our balcony. The down side was the lift problems. The lift actually opened on a wrong level one day and our kids got out accidentally and we lost them for a while. As there was only one that worked most of the time we were there, wait times were terrible. It was also disappointing to hear of renovations taking place only a couple of days before arrival and it made it impossible for us to change to another Property due to cost at that time! This could have been communicated earlier but obviously that was the plan. The last we encountered most of the time at the front desk was really friendly and helpful! Sorry didn’t catch her name. Overall we had a great stay but these few issues mentioned above were not great at all!

Great location- just across the road from main beach and short walk to eateries/Cavill Mall. Good size rooms and views just incredible. All the facilities you need - loved the spa pool.

If you are looking for somewhere fancy to stay, this accommodation is not for you. BUT if you are looking for unparalleled ocean views thats family friendly and close to everything, this is definitely the place for you. Sure its old and seen better days, but the plus side is its roomy, has everything you need and super friendly staff. We will 100% stay there again.

Was pretty disappointed with this stay, the whole room was covered in bugs, alive and dead, in the bathroom, in the kitchen just hundreds of moths and other critters, the room also had a very strong bad smell of cleaning products of some sort almost as if it was sprayed to cover another smell, the master bedroom didn’t have a window that was able to be opened so it was very hot and stuffy. When we tried to turn on the aircon we noticed a lot of mold on top and around it and it was broken and did not turn on anyway. I’m very displeased with this stay and would not recommend anyone visits here

The location of the hotel is very good, but because the hotel rooms are old, the smell of old carpets and old furniture will become very unpleasant, and the room cleaning is not very clean. When I checked in, I found black spots on the pillowcases.
