「San Damiano was a very nice retreat. We could tell the staff does everything possible to be responsive and ensure a good stay. The room was very clean, comfortable beds and pillows and just the right size. The fridge, microwave and stove are all new and we had all the utensils we needed. Good fireplace. 「Needs better beds and some furniture for the living room. The beds we very uncomfortable.」

「We decided to book this place because it was close to Garden of The Gods, and it was available at a great price. The view of the Ohio River was amazing. The host was friendly, and the room was clean. The only issue we had was the doorknob to the bathroom would stick, making it a little difficult to get out of the bathroom.」

「Property was misrepresented. Was supposed to be 2 bedroom 2 bath handicapped accessible with ramp. They assigned us a one room 2 bed no ramp not handicapped accessible. We called after arrival then the host did not respond to 2 phone calls and a text message. When they finally got back to us they said they were sorry they assigned the wrong cabin to us. I asked for full refund called VRBO and asked for help with this. Now Verbo wants us to fight for our refund instead of just taking care of it.」

「Ok. The WiFi did not work during stay.」

「Loved our room. Very clean. Everything well stocked with anything we may need. Even a flashlight-if needed. Spacious room to spread out. Loved the option of having a golf cart to ride around in. However, you should make more trails to drive around on. Communication was excellent. Plus, it was nice and quiet to be in Nature to get grounded again. Will love to stay again next year! Thank you for everything.」
