We stayed at Hotel Visconti during a heat wave in Europe. The hotel is nice and clean, a little out dated but charming. The staff and breakfast are fantastic, the only real gripe I had is the air conditioning is basically useless, we bought a 10 euro handheld fan from a street vendor that was keeping us more cool than the air conditioning. The only other thing is the walk to public transportation, the busses seemed unreliable and the walk to the train station is about 16 minutes, however you walk through a cute little suburb in Melzo. Overall if it was a little cooler during our stay it would've been a great experience, just plan on the hotel being hot during the summer months though.

I had a great stay at LVG Hotel in Bergamo. The location was extremely convenient and made it very easy to get around the area.
What really stood out was the level of service from the front desk and housekeeping staff. The front desk was always friendly, helpful, and accommodating whenever I needed assistance. Daily housekeeping was also excellent. No matter what time of day I left my room or needed it attended to, the housekeeping team always made the effort to accommodate my schedule and ensure everything was clean and taken care of.
That level of flexibility and attention to guests really made a difference during my stay. Very convenient location, excellent service, and a genuinely helpful team. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Bergamo. Highly recommended!
