"We really enjoyed our time here. The owner warmed it in advance so that we would be comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom was nice as well. We loved having a tub for the children to bathe in. We also enjoyed the sauna/wellness room very much, but it is a separate entrance and is a shared space."

"The room was spacious and well supplied for the most part. A quiet neighborhood, easy walk for groceries. The floor was quite dirty, but they had a mop and bucket so was easy to clean it. There were no kitchen towels of any kind, but plenty of bath towels. A dishwasher and fridge were a real plus! Radiant in floor heat was so nice in the bathroom too! "Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...
