"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"Even when we arrived late (2 at the morning), we were warmly welcomed. The appartment is big, clean, modern & luminous. It is very good equipped. The area is so beautiful, calm & safe. It is near the main attractions of the region. The family is so gentle. They offered us for free a bath tub and a bassinet for our baby and helped us with all our requests. We highly recommand this property. Thank you Gunnar & family!! You made our stay in Germany so amazing! Auf wiedersen! "

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"This was a very clean and comfortable holiday home. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The home was full of things for the children to do and there was plenty of space for us all (10 in total, 2 families - 4 adults and 6 children/young adults from 8 to 17). "The property was excellent the size , cleanliness and comfortable beds. The only downsize was the property was on the main road and it was busy.. But we didn't mind that as it was comfortable stay. And you need to pay for the parking it wasn't free. And the parking was underground and you need to be really pro. I wouldn't recommend for bigger car as well. "
