「My hubby and I traveled from Chicago for a brief getaway. A little over two hours away from our home in Bronzeville, the cottage was easy to get to and we immediately felt “away.” From the cottage’s porch, we could see Lake Michigan. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our time in South Haven. This 1 bedroom cottage was perfect and the cheese and wine upon arrival were much appreciated! My only negative feedback is the couch is a little dated and uncomfortable but everything else was amazing! Super easy access to the beach with all the necessary beach equipment provided. 「The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the screened porch and the smart TV for movies at night after sun filled days at the beach and downtown. Everything we eanted to do was truly walkable. Shopping, restaurants, beach, liquor store with snacks and ice. The bathroom is tiny and might be small for a larger person but worked just fine for us. Usually you might get 1tp roll and 1 paper towel roll, no soap. Amenties included 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, inflated boat, float pad thingy, fishing pole, charcoal bbq, fire pit, beach towels.
