"Very cute, small cottage overlooking Lake Michigan. There is a small beach for rock picking. The internet and phone service is spotty. We weren't there much so it didn't bother us but it is very "disconnected". We didn't get service in town either, fyi. For anyone needing the internet:). I found it a charming little getaway!"

On a peaceful lake and had all the amenities: a sandy beach, toys for the kids, paddle boat, kayaks, etc. We loved hanging outside on the deck and relaxing in the swing while watching our kids play. "This home is located a block from Captain Lou's and only a couple blocks from the not so crowded Dyckman Beach. In a safe neighborhood, it's within walking distance from anything you need, but still feels secluded with a small creek in the back yard. Screened in porch for relaxing. Cleanliness is at a 4 just because of a couple of nails on the floor throughout the house and some dog hair. I had to leave a day early due to bedding/pillowcases being washed in a detergent that was far too strong,...

"We had a wonderful time at this property. It was nicely updated with a beautiful cedar 3 season room. We brought our boat and fished Swan Lake, along with two other nearby lakes. It did not disappoint. Bass, bluegill, northern pike were some of the ones we caught. We plan to visit again and would rent this property!
