We visited the Cobblestone for 3 nights as we were in town for a funeral. My family and I are originally from Punxsy but are now scattered up and down the eastern seaboard. When a death occurred in our family we all needed a place to stay for the weekend. I booked this hotel because of its reviews and the price. We were blown away by what a great stay we had.
From management to the front desk to the housekeeping staff we were all treated like family, not guests at a hotel. The rooms were...

Absolutely LOVED staying at The Barclay. Communication with Crow was great. The decor of the house was very nice, like stepping back in time. The rooms were very spacious, we were on the 2nd floor in the Sunderland and the Swartz. The bathroom in the 2nd floor had a deep soaking tub that was so relaxing. There were several nooks and places to sit, socialize, read or relax throught the house. The location can't be beat... right next to the library where Phil lives contrary to our thinking he...

I didn't like that the breakfast attendant had a bushy beard and ver long ponytail around food and dishes. That is my only negative. We'll probably go back. We really liked the pool area and temperature of water was good. Pool temperature at other hotels is usually too cold. Hotel classy.

Pit stop on the way to NYC to pick up my son @ college. Perfectly located right off the highway with many food options nearby. Clean, spacious rooms & a friendly staff. A decent free breakfast & hot coffee in the early AM was a bonus. Definitely recommend!

We had to make a quick trip at the last minute on a Sunday night. I was a little nervous as I read other reviews about the noise. But being a Sunday night it was so quiet. When I checked in I was greeted so kindly. The room has got to the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. he bed was so comfy. Now there was no where in the hotel for coffee tea etc. and I had a hard time with the remote. But that would not deter me from staying there again. thanks for a great stay.

Business travel, one night stay, bed and pillows acceptable, easy access - there is traffic light at intersection, quiet, felt safe. Limited eating establishments, but that is area issue. Bathroom......a couple of hairs left behind in shower, on toilet in sink from previous occupants. But all in all, okay stay
