"Saubere und ausreichend ausgestattet Appartement. Von der Größe für 2 Personen zugeschnitten. Bei weiteren Mitreisenden könnte der Platz knapp werden. Seebrücke in Sellin und Wilhemstrssse mit Gastronomien und kleinen Geschäften in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen."

"Leider enttäuschend – unangekündigte Nachzahlung und schlechte KommunikationIch war mit der Unterkunft selbst soweit zufrieden, ich waren als Familie dort zum entspannen, aber nach der Gesamtbegleichung der Bezahlung und vereinbarten Summe bekam ich eine Nachzahlung leider war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr unklar. Ohne vorherige Absprache wurde mir einige Tage nach dem Aufenthalt eine Nachzahlung in Rechnung gestellt – das hätte ich so nicht erwartet. Solche Dinge sollten im Voraus...

"Parking was inconvenient. 2 blocks away and very small spaces Apparently we had to book it in advance and pay extra 21 euro per night Rooms were huge, lots of closets, book cases, shoe rack Bathroom drain slow — tiles in shower excellent idea Pommes excellent Child friendly including a playroom Excellent breakfast and excellent service especially at bar and breakfast except one receptionist with little English and poor communication in german — we could not understand about access to free bus and toilet — binzbucht Request for engineer to help with touchy air conditioning that wouldn’t turn on because it thought windows were open was met instantly Should say that air conditioning was weak "

"Excellent location, almost on the beach. Good amenities in the apartment. Tasteful decoration with many pieces of art in common areas. Very reach and diversified content of the breakfast. Unique experience of intercourse with modernism architecture while enjoying view of the sea from the restaurant. "

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
