Der Schweriner See ca. 300 Meter nördlich. Kleine Promenade, für manchen Binnenländer eine Große. Wald, See, Ausblick und sehenswerte Häuserarchitektur alles vorhanden, für jeden etwas dabei. Schwerin eine schöne alte Stadt, wer durch die „abgelegen“ Straßen geht findet kleine Einode. Das Schweriner Schloss und der Park sind sehenswert....

Einen Stern abgezogen habe dafür, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist und der Fahrradständer vom Haus genau vor den Schlaf- und Wohnzimmerfenster. Ruhig und erholt schlafen konnte ich dort nicht."
