It was a very good experience with Lyf. The check in was nice and smooth, they do housekeeping just once in your stay(halfway through) which I didn’t mind since it was just me. The room was clean and tidy, I did notice some of the utensils that they provide were dirty… so just stayed away from those. But aside from that, it was very nice. Right outside the doors are two different streetcar routes, making it super easy to get around, to and from central Vienna. It’s very quiet during the night, the only thing is that the doors are very heavy and they shut very loudly, which might wake some people up. Overall, a very great experience. Thank you Lyf!

Our stay was good but there is deferred maintenance that is obvious. - Kids playground not fully functional; upper deck and slide not accessible and closed off - bathroom - mirror off balance and wiring with install frame sticking from behind (it’s supposed to be a modern feature … it’s not) - bathroom - shower water temp regulator not functional, so we had alternating cold and hot water randomly coming through
