I’ll start with the positives: great location and a good selection of complimentary breakfast options. The water refill station by the elevators was also very convenient. That said, I do want to mention a few areas that could be improved. In my opinion, these are relatively easy fixes that could make a noticeable difference in the overall guest experience. The towels and bedding definitely need to be updated. They were more grey than white and looked quite worn, which took away from the overall feeling of cleanliness and comfort. The shower could also use some deep/steam cleaning, as there appeared to be some mold buildup. I’d also suggest considering smaller bottles for the toiletries instead of the large refillable dispensers, as the current ones didn’t look particularly fresh or inviting. A mini fridge in the room would be a nice addition, although this isn’t a major issue. The common areas were clean and well maintained. Overall, the hotel has a great location and some nice features, but addressing these small details would really elevate the guest experience.

Check-in and check-in were very fast and easy. Breakfast is delicious. I arrived before 3pm but was still checked in by the staff. The location is right in the center of Warsaw, so is very convenient. Hotel is clean, well-maintained, and most importantly for me, the room is very quiet despite being nearby the train station.
