The hotel and room were both modern, and beautifully appointed. Staff were friendly with excellent English. The hotel perfectly placed for the main square and, local travel links. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Nice boutique hotel but in my opinion not 5 star level. The rooms were tastefully designed but the hotel bar area was tiny and characterless. I also experienced an overnight power outage during my stay resulting in the door locks being disengaged which was very disconcerting. Excellent location near the Old Town Market Square but the area can be quite noisy due to a 24/7 McDonalds nearby. Would most likely not rush back to be honest...there is better options in the city.

Staff were very helpful and friendly . Nothing too much trouble. Our room was really lovely the majority of things were remote controlled even the curtains and toilet seat . The sauna was free although we didn’t quite get to go in there as our trip was packed with places to see . I would recommend this hotel and would return again . Places were easy to get to very central to everything . My only complaint was I didn’t book long enough.

Stayed six night at Amber Design, and it was so comfortable and convenient. The staff are always available to guide you, teach you a few words of polish, or make you a excellent coffee. It is super clean, immaculate really. And the art work, and the design is so well thought out. And the location could not be better, near the park and the Florian Gate near the main theater. I also love that the windows open so you can get fresh air. You are truly in a quaint neighborhood, literally across the street from a school. I loved it!!! Good for families too, as you can get connecting rooms.

Nice big rooms and bathrooms which were very clean, well equipped with kettle and espresso coffee machine. Helpful staff, bar area was pleasant We didn’t book for breakfast but ate in the hotel one evening and food was excellent. Fabulous location. Definitely go back
