「nice big room and warm heating」

「We arrived late in the evening 11pm - reception was closed. So our uber dropped us at the front entrance but unfortunately we didn’t realise. 「Habitación limpia Todo muy fácil y práctico」

「Although the room was clean and the hotel located in a pretty area, the staff were not very friendly and I had only cold water in the room.
