Stayed here as a family of 3 in September in a superior room. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk away from the Jewish quarter and around 30 minutes from the old town. The hotel is beautiful and staff are very helpful and speak very good English. We were lucky to check in early as our room was ready and wow it was so lovely. Very decent sized room with everything you’d need. Big bedroom with a king size bed and the living area had a double sofa bed already set up for us. Both very comfortable and plenty of space to move around and store luggage. We also had a kitchenette which was very handy and the bathroom is huge, bath, separate shower and a sink with a unit for extra storage. Plenty of towels provided. Breakfast was excellent also, plenty to choose from. We didn’t use the spa or gym so comment on that but we didn’t venture down to look and it was very clean. There’s public transport straight outside the building so very easy to get anywhere and very cheap. 0.80p for a 15 min ticket on the tram, old town only 5 stops away. There’s also a zabka (local shop) right next door and 2 more within a minutes walk. We felt very safe walking around all of krakow even at 11pm at night with a teenage daughter. We absolutely loved our stay and krakow is absolutely beautiful! When we return (most definitely will) then we would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much! P.S thank you for the lovely fruit platter we received in our room for our anniversary!

This Hotel is wonderful. The location is a 10. right where everything is happening. the service is incredible; they even prepare a lunch box for our visit to Austwick that we were picked up so early. The breakfast was very big with mimosas, and a la cart and a great selection of fruits, chesses, charcutiers, yogurts. etc. The rooms are big, decorated with a classic style, from the era, that resembles the old town area. with modern amenities. All the staff incredibly helpful. I cannot be more grateful that our stay in Krakow was fantastic. For me a hotel is a big part of the trip. and this Hotel just put a 10 in our whole experience in Krakow

Amazing is the best way to describe this hotel. It is five star! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The bed is very comfortable- they have thought of every detail. The guest service is friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect. Close to everything.

Great hotel, Great location. Train station 2 minutes from hotel. In the middle of the old town and Jewish quarter. Room was spotless, hotel staff excellent and had a water dispenser in corridor so could rehydrate without needing to leave ur floor.

Room was big and clean. Bathroom clean. Shower not huge but able to stand and touch elbows on outside. Breakfast not great at all. Eggs dripping wet, sausage and hot dogs only warm protein available. Very limited fruit. Breakfast only reason I gave 4 stars.
