"Very helpful and lovely staff! Beautiful surroundings and a very nice hotel! "

"Great place in Novi Sad! Very clean, comfortable, and the staff was extremely welcoming."

"Excellent endroit. Personnel accommodant. Bon déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Le seul problème a été que le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui n'était bien grave car les fenêtre s'ouvraient."

"Happy with the stay. Friendly and helpful staff."

"The spacious, clean room and helpful, kind staff were hotel highlights. The fact that spa and water park facilities were included in the price is incredible. The only suggestion for improvement in the surrounding area is a mini-market for guest convenience."

"Fresh breakfast, great coffee, clean rooms, quiet location "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is convenient and pleasant."

"Lovely stay and lovely property"

"Everything was very good Staff very friendly And you could not have better position in Novi Sad"

"The staff were very helpful and the room was spacious and we had everything we needed, but upon first walking into the room, we did notice some things weren’t clean, but other than that, everything was great."

"Excellent value, wonderful restaurant. "

"Everything was great!"

"Great staff and service! Location quiet and restfull."

"Very clean, but the bed is extremely uncomfortable. Double bed is two twin beds together which is ridiculous because beds have high borders. I wouldn’t rate it 4 star hotel. 2 the most"

"It was very nice. The only negative thing is egg station. I asked for omelette with ham, mushrooms and cheese and they literally put 1 teaspoon of each. Also they fry those for 3 seconds so your ingredients will be raw and I do not like raw mushrooms. Everything else perfect."

"Great spa treatments"

"Had a good breakfast spread. "
