"We were late arriving but Andy was on site to meet us and we checked in immediately and even managed an evening dip in the pool after a hot few hours travelling. The pool was brilliant. "Arriver au gîte de la chouette, c'est se couper du monde : l'environnement est paisible, on est entouré par la nature, les animaux, le temps file plus lentement. Ma fille de 2 ans 1/2 a passé son temps dehors, entre les visites aux moutons, aux poules, aux lapins, la balançoire... Et Brigitte et Michel sont des hôtes charmants, ravis de nous faire découvrir leurs jardins de fleurs et leurs potagers. La maison est agréable, les pièces sont spacieuses, lumineuses. You do need a car to get about, but we knew this before we arrived, and there are many villages worth visiting, so we were happy with this. "Sue and Terry are the consummate hosts. Friendly and very helpful, but respectful of their guest’s privacy. They went the extra mile to help this cyclist locate a patch kit on a Sunday: they had one! The inner tube got repaired, but, alas, the tire had a sidewalk cut. I look forward to staying in their comfortable gite when I return to Pontivy or Mur-de-Bretagne."
