「The room was pleasant, well furnished, clean and tidy. My only minor complaint would be that for some reason it was very warm in the room which was surprising considering the radiator was turned off and it was late March. The staff are excellent as is the location which is literally a couple of minutes from the Main Street. The breakfast was excellent and made to order with plenty of imaginative choices. I would highly recommend as it is reasonably priced as well. 」

「We booked the hotel due to food being served, when we arrived there was no food during the week and only at weekend which was not reflected on the website. Room was not as described, very small, en-suite had mould all in shower, ceiling and it was dirty. ( see photos below ). Bed was damp, cold, springs had gone in mattress, room smelt of damp, was cold, carpet dirty very worn and overall the room was dirty. Carpets in the hallway was dirty and worn, needs to be updated and some money spent in...

「Our 3-night stay at Killarney Heights Hotel was quite excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food (both breakfast and dinner) was great, and the atmosphere was relaxed. We enjoyed drinks at the bar to live music, or just relaxed by the fire. It was obviously a great choice of stay for our time there, and I would certainly look forward to staying again. Thank you. 「The host was unfriendly and hadn't turned heat on so was very cold. Kitchen and bathroom had no heat. Terrible shower and refrigerator was worthless owner told us a stick in the freezer. Even her son said this was a nuisance. I would stay at West Cork Hotel in Skiberean again never again at Rineen.」

「Hotel staff kindly took me to a separate room. The area around the hotel may not be popular tourist spot, but Baltimore Beacon is worth for visit. Seafood dinner at the hotel restaurant is highly recommended. 」
