「The room was clean and very cute however there was no one at the front office when we got there and their maintenance man saw us in the parking lot asking for our contact info without ever telling us who he was. He was trying to be helpful but I except someone to be available at the office upon check in. In addition there was work being done in the room above us and all kinds of of banging happening until 11 at night and then again starting at 6 AM」

「We arrived at the property and there was no heat or warm water (in freezing temps) the host was bad a communication and didn't provide any timeframe if we would have the issue resolved. After 2 hours we were forced to book another location because of the poor host communication. 」

「Cozy spot, as advertised. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and this was enough space for all of us. The single bed in the upstairs bedroom was very small, and the room with bunk beds is cave-like, but our kids enjoyed it. Hot tub and game room were all functioning and were easy to access. Close to Tahoe Vista and grocery stores and restaurants.」

「Very convenient location for skiing at Alpine or Palisades. Clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. We didn’t use the sauna or jacuzzi, but they looked nice! Host was very responsive. The unit could use some more modern outlets. My cell phone charger fell out of all of the outlets except for the bathroom. User tip: turn the shower knob towards the right for hot water. 」
