「House is not child or elderly friendly. Had issues at check in getting into home. Had power outage while there no flashlights or light source at property. I requested to stay an additional 2 days for business, was told they would check availability and get back to me. They never did! Had to send message because no one had picked up garbage for over 2 weeks. Also, no wash clothes on site?」

「The location was excellent for proximity to the Kankamangas highway corridor- prime Fall foliage viewing! The Lodge was very clean and maintained, nice common areas, especially out on the back deck with beautiful foliage views and of the river. Nice amenities like variety coffees and sweeteners/cream; high quality shampoo/conditioner. Would be a plus to have one more electrical outlet with charging cable for mobile phone.」

「The room was a little disappointing. They had a problem with the bathroom ceiling. The tub was a little to high for older people. I feel they should have moved us to another room at the time our ceiling was compromised.We had a problem communicating due to poor cable service .
