I loved staying here. All Staff were exceptionally friendly especially the gentleman at the desk when I checked in late at night he was polite friendly and reassuring. The room was comfortable new and spotlessly clean. I loved Paramatta and will come back hopefully! Thank you .

Lack of a private bathroom was a surprise. Only one shared bathroom available. No cleaning facilities in the bathroom. No safety handles in the shower. The bed and linen were excellent. Was pleasantly suprised, everything we needed was right. Didnt leave the property in 2 days except to go to our concert. Not a problem as such, but was suprised the smoking area didnt open until 9am. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely return.
