False advertising
Went to book in and discovered room was not as advertised when i later tackled them over this they refused to give a refund even though they falsely advertise the room to have its own bathroom when infact it has a shared bathroom

Clean and safe
Clean place, felt safe, friendly staff, good Wifi, hot shower.
Free fresh coffee 24/7 at reception in addition to instant stuff in the room.
Use of fridge, microwave and breakfast room all day.
In a working class area with good public transport links, so easy to get around Glasgow and lots of cheap but wholesome dining options.
Excellent value for money.
Will be back.

Pleasant bargain stay
Really pleasant stay. For a bargain stopover was very happy with pleasant staff and nice, warm, clean room with plenty of teas and coffees. Able to park on street outside although forecourt parking also available.
‘Breakfast’ was a machine coffee, there is a Greggs nearby. Some fresh milk would’ve been nice.

Its horrible, the rooms are dirty and not kept up to date at all. What they don say are that it is a shared bathroom that we unfortunately had to share with 6 people.

arrived at the guest house having booked a 2 night stay and was told on arrival that they had no room for me. unbelievable bad service. no sorry or anything. spoke to manager on phone and he was no help either. kept saying he couldn't understand me. avoid this place

Arrived at check in to discover there was no room for us. Guy never conveyed this info to us just picked up phone and left us standing. Mumbled something about anotheŕ B&B. Didn't know we had paid. Just a shambles really. Avoid at all costs!
