My stay was great. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the beds great. The bathroom was on the small side but enough for two people. The cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were friendly. I chose it because it was near walking distance of Queen's Street Station and you can move to other places from there. Didn't pay for breakfast as we were going to spend most of our days out.

Great room size, clean and modern, shocked to see a trailing cable across reception for hoovering, no sign, black cable ankle high over a grey floor, I’m with parents 80+… but anyone could’ve tripped, poor attention to health n safety here but staff member acknowledged and amended situation when I asked her about it💗 appreciated.

All the staff we encountered were most polite and helpful and possessed good knowledge. Breakfast was excellent with quality cooked items regularly replenished, and a wide selection of cereals fruit & yoghurt. The continental selection of pastries, cooked meats, cheese & salad was also first class. The hotel in general was very clean and welcoming, including the comfortable bedroom. Some shelf and/or drawer space would be a welcome addition to the room. The location is perfect, being adjacent to High Street station and 10-15 minutes from both mainline stations and the city centre.
