"Handle fell of my room door as I entered it. In all fairness to the staff they went above a beyond after I reported it, they got me a new room, restaurant was very good staff were brilliant. Will stay here again when in the area."

"I stayed here several years ago and it was in the middle of a refurbishment. Now some time has passed the refurbishment loos great and the room was nicely appointed and equipped. Comfy beds and had a good nights sleep. The service in the bistro bar was good but the food only OK. I would have expected ..."
