Absolutely amazing place! Our whole family enjoyed our stay. Stuff is friendly and helpful, food was great at restaurant. Please book time with a dogs ahead and definitely recommend to pay for the SPA only $15 a person. Lucy speaks English well and super nice and knowledgeable about the dogs. Really recommend

The hotel staff were fantastic and super helpful. The bed in room 8 was comfy! The best amenity was the spa facility and the breakfast was super nice too. Many thanks for the dinner recommendation too to the Sagibeiz local restaurant as the food there was very good! The train to and from Zurich was very easy too.

Hotel Ucliva is a charming property with hosts Dorothy and Bernard, who went out of their way to be helpful. On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. Lovely hotel just few minute walk to the lake and restaurants. The room was big and the beds were good enough. The check-in process was easy but we faced issues with checkout. Had to contact Expedia. They couldn’t help us. Called the number printed next to the machine and after few trials were able to check out over the phone.

Gorgeous rooms with a great view! Mini kitchen was so wonderful - clean and modern. The self check-in is a great idea, but I can see where some people may find it confusing. Also, watch your head - low ceilings. But overall one of the best stays yet!

This place is amazing, the attention to detail is unbelievable. The entire building is immaculate, the host greets you with a cordial and candy, discount coupon in the room. Breakfast was fabulous. We enjoyed Tamani thermal which was close. This hotel should be rated 5 star and it was so impressive.

Stayed there over new Years and we had an amzing time. The staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are great and extremly spacious. The location is great for all kinds of aktivities (especially to go skiing in Flims and Laax) and also to go shopping and dinning in Chur. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
