The accommodation is located in Obstalden (Glarnerland/Canton of Glarus) above Walensee/Lake Walen (between Zurich and Chur) on the garden level of our newly built villa with upscale amenities. The lake, the surrounding mountains (Kerenzerberg, Flumserberg, Amden), nearby sports and leisure centers (Kerenzerberg, Lintharena), and various excursion destinations (the wine village of Quinten, House of Läderach, Knies Children's Zoo in Rapperswil, Heidi Village in Maienfeld, the Principality of Liechtenstein, the Tamina Thermal Baths, the Tamina Gorge, the Landquart Fashion Outlet, and the Appenzell Show Dairy) ensure a varied stay.
From the living area and terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Walensee, the Seerenbach Falls, the third-highest waterfall cascade in the Alps, and the Churfirsten mountain range with its seven two-thousand-meter peaks. The 45 square meters of living space plus terrace accommodate up to four people and are divided into an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in closet, a cozy sleeping area, and a large bathroom with a rain shower and toilet. The apartment offers modern security as well as comfortable multimedia and smart home features. A private parking space with charging option for electric vehicles is available (wallbox in preparation).
Minimum stay is 2 nights. Stays of 7 days or more benefit from reduced daily rates. The rental price is all-inclusive and covers the mandatory tourist taxes*. This entitles you to free use of public transport in Glarnerland after your guest card (GlarnerlandPass) has been issued.
