The only not so good thing is they don't have WiFi, the room is small but how much room do you need to sleep. Very clean and air conditioning was cold, good night sleep, will stay again.

We chose this hotel as it was pet friendly as we were travelling with our cat Raven. Room was small but cosy. Floor felt a little slippery especially when you got out of the shower. There was no wifi in the room that we stayed in, but that was OK. The staff text me to let me know where the key for the room would be and when checking out, we just had to drop it back in the key return box. Simple and easy! Would definitely stay there again!

Toilet was blocked, shower heads were opposite which made us think there was no hot water. Wifi wasnt working and neither was the TV volume. Other than those things, it was great! Clean and tidy and quiet.

Firstly the on site manager was amazing. Her customer service was exceptional and her demeanour. The motel itself is terrible. The pool is green and mouldy. It seems people live there. My neighbours were swearing and arguing. My first room was like something out of a horror movie. There was no aircon. Extension cords running all over the place. No cover on the ironing board. And so forth. I was given a different room because of the air conditioning not working. The next room was better but still very trashy. The curtains didn’t hang up properly and offer any privacy as all the hooks were broken. The kitchen blind had layers of dust and food on it. The pool was unusable. And there were no wifi even though I believe ( I could be wrong) it was advertised. It seems people from very low socioeconomic status reside there permanently and their were children crying and couples arguing and swearing. Expedia I believe that you need to verify these properties more thoroughly. This is my second time booking through Expedia and both times I have not been impressed. But this time was dreadful in relation to amenities and the environment. Again the on-site management was absolutely spectacular and her problem solving skills and hospitality was impeccable. The property itself though I’m sorry it’s just trash
