「Personeel was behulpzaam, maar het duurde een tijd voordat de boeking gevonden werd. Kamer was prima, alleen warm water voor de douche.
Het duurde erg lang in het restaurant voordat het eten werd opgediend. Het ontbijt was vrij karig wanneer je geen warm eten wilt als ontbijt」

「The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the hotel is right beside Lake Kivu. The chef even prepared food based on some dietary issues I had. In brief, I could not ask for a better stay. Kudos to all the kind and hardworking people working at this hotel 」
