ギラウィーン自然保護区周辺のホテル

"Our room was Tree top villa with three bedroom(two has balcony), three bathroom (two has a bathtub), spacious dining kitchen equipped with a big fridge, filtered water tap, five rings, an oven, a microwave, and cutlary but kitchen knives are really bad (they are like stake knives, not for cutting vegetable. I actually shaved my nail and finger tip accidentally) and a separate living room with a TV and lounge sofa. The floor was dirty with sand or some kind of dirt, not cleaned well. I felt something against bottom of my feet as I walked around the villa. The room floor needs proper cleaning before they check the guests into the room. Dominique, the receptionist was the best when we left the hotel very early in the morning. The bus that we booked to leave the hotel for the Brisbane international airport was supposed to pick us up at 3:55 am but not there so she called the company to check whereabout of the bus so that we would rest assured the bus was on its way to the hotel. Her help concluded our trip with great hospitality and willingness to help with the guests. I would like to extend the gratitude to her on behalf of my group. "
