The room was kept very clean. The entire staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and quiet and it was nice to have a little kitchen. The location is walking distance from the bus and train stations and still fairly close to Old Town. I also really liked that there was a washer and dryer for guest use that was free (just bring your own soap). As a solo, female traveller, I’d recommend this hotel.

This hotel looks older than I expected but it’s beautiful. I loved my room. I was late arriving as arrived on a late train. The receptionist was extremely welcoming. I was left a small bottle of Prosecco, 2 small muffins and 2 bottles of water as my VIP gifts. I sincerely appreciated these after my rather long journey. The train station is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. While the hotel overlooks a square with several restaurants - it was extremely quiet and I didn’t hear any noise from the street. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights but only had breakfast on two occasions as I left at 3.20am on my last day. I was asked if I wanted a breakfast box but I declined. The buffet breakfast had lots of choices. I was disappointed it was only available on the Saturday morning at 8am as I was anxious to eat early. It also was a little disorganised when I arrived with several items not being available for 15-20 minutes later. There was other people waiting to go in when I arrived down also. I want to particularly mention the young male receptionist and I am sorry I didn’t get his name. He arranged my taxi for me to get to the airport the morning I left. I had asked him about it the night before. He told me the estimated price and walked me to the door to ensure I got into it safely. As a female solo traveller I sincerely appreciate this extremely courteous gesture and want to thank him again. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here when I next visit Vilnius.

Panoramic room was a lovely treat - great views of the city (though recommend taking an eye mask as it's very bright, and the curtains aren't black out). Nice breakfast. Beautiful building. Friendly and helpful reception. I'm glad we stayed and would recommend.
