「The room (I chose to have my own space rather than the dorm) was clean, lots of wardrobe space, comfortable and with functioning AC 🙏 The in-room fridge helps too. The walls are thin so if there are people in, it can feel a bit noisy. If sensitive, have earplugs to hand but by the time I got back at night, everyone else was asleep! The bathroom was clean but you are dependent on the other users to keep it that way.........same with the kitchen. The lift does take a while, there's even a sign...

「I really wanted to like this property. From the pictures it looked like the perfect little getaway. It was far from that. It was hell for a week. The deluxe suite was nothing further from old, dirty, musty and hot. The AC wasn’t working. The paint in the kitchen was peeling off the walls with mould, the AC was old and not working properly, it just couldn’t cool the rooms. By rooms I mean bedroom entrance and kitchen with two twin bunk beds and was so hot. The bunk beds are definitely not for...

「We booked Dal Canonico through Expedia we were going to a wedding at nearby Tenuta Pinto. The good : the pool, walking distance to Tenuta Pinto (warning - dusty track!), the gardens - fig trees, limes, olives and lots of places to sit, the yummy pastries at breakfast and the super, super helpful Alex -we were sorry we didn't get to say goodbye to him. Good to know: The rooms that have an ensuite (and cost more/ deluxe) are not in the main house but are in a meters-away barrel vault...

「The room was clean and nice, bed was OK, but you share a bathroom with 5 other rooms and it seemed like it was always busy when I needed it. Parking not easy, but not impossible. Service was terrible. There is no automatic cleaning or replacement of linens you have to ask in writing, and it can only happen in the morning. The cleaning lady was INCREDIBLY rude. A smile or hello goes a long ways, but this woman seemed incapable of that.」
