Situated in a quiet cul de sac our apartment has 2 bedrooms and a fold down sofa in lounge. The lounge has air conditioning. Bedrooms do not have air con but are provided with large portable fans.
Apt has washing machine,dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen.
1 bedroom has an en suite toilet and hand basin.
Main Bathroom sits between the 2 bedrooms with shower,toilet,bidet, and hand basin.
All towels and bed linen are provided. We do not provide Beach Towels.
Apt has balconies front and back which are perfect for Alfresco dining and relaxing.
The Beautiful sandy beach is 12mins walk away or 4mins by car. Supermarket/Restaurants/bars/shops are 10mins walk.
It is a family orientated small complex with 8 apartments and a shared swimming pool.
Parking is available onsite or outside the apartment.
It's a great base to explore Puglia and the South of Italy.
The Beautiful city of Matera is only 45min away by car. Taranto 35min features the old harbour and modern shopping centre.
The local town of Ginosa a truly traditional and friendly town is 20mins by car.
