「This was a clean, comfortable stay. For any of the negatives I could find, I can say this was uk there with some of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. It still smelled fresh of cleaner. I’ll take that over big name and advertising any day. The pet fee was very reasonable. Will definitely be my go to hotel when I travel there for dog shows. 」

「There were repairs going on which told us the management is taking care of the hotel. The room was quite clean and comfortable. Even the baseboards were clean which I cannot say about other higher-class hotels where we have stayed. We will definately stay at Regency again when we are visiting family in the area. 」

「It was very clean. Liked that there was no carpet floor. Very simple place to stay if you’re not looking for too many amenities but that was ok with us, although there was small fridge and microwave in our room. Rooms are outdoor entrance if that matters to anyone. Table in room broke when we were packing our bags to leave and I notified the front desk and they were understanding. Volume on tv remote didn’t work. Still was ok since the place looked and smelled clean upon arrival.」

「I like the fact that it was close to take out restaurants and regular shopping. They exceptional parking spaces each room door had its on parking space. Customer service was excellent. They even asked I I wanted my room cleaned. I love it and would definitely stay there again. However I couldn't hoook !y laptop up to the tv. It would have mad for better reading of my work but it's not a killer of comments I would definitely stay there again.」

「This place was dirty, had roaches, smoke detector missing, hole in wall, nasty mattress, toilet super noisy, broken microwave, peeling finish in bathtub and no coffee pot. Gross」

「There were cars in the parking lot with flat tires almost like they hadn’t been moved in years. Sketchy people in the premises. The grass wasn’t even mower, pictures look nothing like the real thing 」

「There is some vagueness in the property listing about the size and usage of the property. The property manager greeted me upon arrival and was friendly and helpful. He advised us that the lower and larger pond is a private waters club lake and was off limits. We had full access to one large pond and a smaller pond each of which containing all you can catch 1/4-2lb bass. We checked in at 4pm on a friday with great weather caught atleast 30 bass in two hours time. On saturday it rained allday, but...
