I stayed for two nights in this oldish hotel that was once a Ramada Inn. My room and the bedding were clean. The only problem was that there was something wrong with the heating and air conditioning system, and the fans in the bedroom and baths were on all the time. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was adequate.

The rooms aren’t in the greatest condition, but for the price, pool, continental bfast, pet friendly, we consider it a good deal and have stayed there often.

The parking spots are small and the handicapped spots were full of out of staters that didnt have a handicapped placard. One side ok the hall is the indoor pool so it was humid and with no windows it was hot and miserable. The air-conditioning unit is or was broken whrn were were there a couple nights ago. Best part of this hotel is the price is right and the staff were super nice and professional.

Mold under torn wallpaper in bathroom, urine on side of toilet, beds are basically springs with a sheet over them, commons area very musty and humid from rotting pool water. Staff was nice but disgusting rooms. Didn’t bother with looking at breakfast as we were already super grossed out from the mold and pee all over bathroom.

Staff was gone for lunch when we showed up and did not come back at the time they said they would. Bathroom was disgusting. The tub was really brown. Air conditioning needs updated. It shocked me when i turned it on. Need black out curtains. Street light shined right in our room all night.

Room unbearably warm, no a/c. The lock unit on our door not working. Staff had to let us back in if we left the room. Unpleasnt smells in the downstairs hallway. But staff very nice and breakfast okay.

We didn’t get to stay there due to management messing up our rooms , went in the day before to make sure that everything was set and the manager assured us everything was good to go, when we got there the next day the manager had our rooms split up and when we told him that wouldn’t work for us due to having children he got upset with us and told us to leave the property or he would call the police!! There was no yelling all we asked was why there was a problem with not having our rooms together and he didn’t like that question so we were kicked out ! I will never recommend staying there to anyone !

Rooms were clean but A/C didn't work in my room. It was 75*+ in my room and with the room facing the atrium, I couldn't get any fresh air in the room. They did give me a box fan. Also, their swimming pool chemicals were NOT good. I had a small cut on my finger that turned into a bad infection and I had to go the Urgent Care while on vacation. The best part was the open space in the atrium where my grandaughter could run and we could play together when there was snow outside. She also loved the air hockey game!

This was awful. I didn't even stay in the room one night. I had it booked for three nights and Expedia could not contact the property to verify that I had checked out so I had to pay for all three nights and I didn't stay there for more than 10 minutes. Awful room. All the pictures online are false. Expedia did not help me at all. I don't think Expedia should do business with a business they can't contact!

Worst places I’ve stayed at in years and I’ve stayed at some bad places! The rooms smell awful. The entire building including rooms does not have A/C even in the summer ! They stated the building runs off a boiler system ? It was 82 degrees in my room and humid due to the pool. They gave me a box fan and explained the A/C situation. The parking lot is not protected and people walking around your vehicle the whole night. The bathroom sink or tub hasn’t ever seen bleach. Was not happy but I guess you get what you pay for

Staff was gone from front desk the few times we went to see them. Beds were very uncomfortable with iron squeaky frames. Rooms had no air conditioning and smelled swampy and musty. Could not sleep well.
