「Beautiful hotel, great staff, 」

「It's an amazing resort, located in the perfect spot of island, sunset beach gorgeous, surrended by greenery, our 1 bedroom villa with private pool was spectacular in terms of interior design, comfort, service, cleaning. It was like living in a dream. The quality of all amenities , among restaurants and spa was beyond our expectations. This is a real destination spot if you plan to spend 2-3 days in Gili. We loved it」

「最初にロンボク島の空港についてエクスペディアで予約した車が居なかった。バリ島で迎えてたとのこと。空港にいたスタッフが別の車を手配してくれた。このトラブルは最悪であったが対応は最高であった。」

「オーナーをはじめスタッフの方々が本当に親切で常に笑顔で対応してくれました。 親身に要望を聞いてくれたり、コミュニケーションを取ってくれて、とても楽しく安心した旅行ができました。 誕生日のサプライズからシュノーケルの船のチャーターから帰りの船の時間や乗り場まで本当に何から何まで協力してくれて、感謝しかありません。 特に誕生日サプライズの時は出来ることはしてあげたいと言ってくれて、準備に時間がないのに最高のサプライズができたことを本当に感謝しています。 ホテルの部屋は綺麗で可愛くて設備も良くレストランからの眺めも最高で、食事も美味しかったです。 一生の思い出になるとても素敵な旅行ができました。 言葉では表しきれないくらい感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。 心のこもったおもてなしをありがとうございました。絶対にまた利用したいです。」

「Absolutely beautiful spot on the beach for sunsets and very quiet and private. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. Bike rentals right there, wonderful restaurant with beautiful pool and the food was delicious. The restaurant staff was also wonderful and helpful. So very friendly and an extremely pleasurable place to stay. I would recommend to all my friends 」

「Meno house was my best hotel experience so far. Its only six rooms and only adults at the hotel. The food was fantastic and the staff was soo friendly. We could borrow bikes and snorkeling equipment for free and we saw big turtles just outside the beach. The rooms are wery clean and well planned. We wish we could stay for another week. 」
