"Amazing hotel!! The staff are all so lovely!"

"The hotel was beautiful, especially the common areas. The pool area was beautiful, and it was walkable to the best beaches and dining."

"My stay at JAGO GILI AIR was wonderful. What stood out the most was friendly young staff. They are all so attentive and helpful, and super professional. The location of the hotel was also fantastic. From cleaning the pool silently in the mornings before we awoke, to helping to provide ginger tea for my unwell partner, this staff were amazing. Would 100% go here again and 100% recommend to anyone else."

"Gorgeous beachfront property, I got the pool view suite thought it was excellent value. It’s situated on the west side so you get absolutely stunning sunset views along the beach. Enjoyed walking down finding a nice place to eat within a five minute walk sitting on the beach enjoying a meal as I watched the sunset."

"The staff and reception was very welcoming on our arrival. Our room was clean and bathroom very nice and we enjoyed a peaceful and comfortable sleep. The pool is so refreshing and private made us feel safe and happy to extend our atay two more nights. Thank you"
