Be prepared to do some mountain driving twisting, hairpin turns without barriers to the cliffs below. It's scary at first but exhilarating when you get used to it. Go 2nd and 3rd gear , don't burn your brakes.

We were so pleased the minute we got to the hotel. Checking in was so pleasant and the room was beautiful. It was clean and our stay was very pleasant. Close to all the shopping, we will definitely go back and stay there.

The drive to the Gila National Monument is on a very curvy road, many hairpin turns, etc. Allow plenty of time to make the drive. You will be delighted with the beauty of the drive and the ruins.
