This is a flat with fully equipped kitchen (and utensils), a sofa, TV, balcony, large bathroom and a double bed. Conveniently located to the airport (15 minutes by foot), to the beach (2 minutes) or to the old town (20 minutes), it is a good choice for two travellers. The host was very helpful and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The flat is in E1 building which offers a Spa and at the ground floor there is a small café and snack bar.

the layout and amenities were awesome. Easy access to a little grocery store, restaurant downstairs in the lobby and spa too (we didn't go there though). Slept well and the place was spotless. Best of all was Walter, he was kind, helpful and gave us all the info we needed.

Extremely clean, modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, providing everything needed for my stay. It’s located close to Eastern Beach and only a short walk to the beautiful Catalan Bay and the quiet eastern side of the Rock. Main Street, the marina, airport and border are also within walking distance. There’s also a bus stop outside the apartment, making it an ideal location.

Very spacious clean apartment, parking was a little of a hassle, we had to park in a parking garage a ways away. They have parking right there but it wasn’t offered to us and idk why?

Lovely apartment v close to the airport. Good communication with owner. Nice touch leaving all the necessities like salt pepper and even clothes washing gel. Bed was tad soft for us but no big deal. Restaurant downstairs not bad. Buses to town v close by. Apartment is a tad distant from town but buses frequently go by. Lovely beach across the road. Would recommend

Miss communication

The package was very well delivered, but I was told by Hotels.com that we could use the pool but not the Spa as that was extra. The Spa said that it is all in the same place and that we Would have to pay £20 each to use the pool as nothing would stop us from using the Spa. The rooms were lovely and well equipped. The cleanliness was perfect. I definitely recommend and would stay here again. Easy route into town, beaches and attractions.

Home away from Home

We were over visiting friends and we had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. It felt like a home away from home - was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and just overall wonderful. Host was super friendly and communicative too. Would book again in a heartbeat for our next trip!

Great location by the beach and in front of the Rock. Beach bars were near and so were bus lines that were very simple to use. The apartment had everything we needed! And the view is gorgeous.

This was a great location to explore Gibraltar from. Walter the owner/manager was 5* with his communication and willingness to help/inform us. The property was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. For a single person/couple look no further for the perfect accommodation.

Couldn’t find one fault!

Could not find one thing to negatively say about the property. It was like home from home, a clean, inviting space that had everything you could need for a stay. I had some technical issues figuring out how to use the washing machine but with trial and error, got there in the end and was refreshing to bring home washed laundry! One thing that would have been nice would have been a bottle of water for a coffee/drink when we got to the apartment as we were on the late flight and the shop close to the block was shut by the time we arrived. The communication with Walter was absolutely brilliant and gaining access to the property was a breeze. Will definitely be returning when we visit family in Gibraltar.

A lovely apartment - recommended

Walter's apartment is great. Very modern, well equipped and in an excellent building. Communication with Walter was timely and effective. The apartment was generally very clean, although we did have to wash some glassware, dishes and cutlery prior to use, and the floor could have used a better sweep. The apartment doesn't have much sea view although it is quite well located. Close to the beaches, 5 minutes walk from a small grocery store and just over a 1 km walk from Casemates Square and the old town. We enjoyed our 3 nights here and recommend it to others.
