"Notre séjour a mal débuté car l'appartement où nous devions passer 6 nuits, n'était pas réservé, mais les propriétaires se sont démenés pour nous trouver un autre hôtel dans Finikas, où ils nous ont conduits puis sont venus nous rechercher pour la 2e nuit. "My husband and I were booked to stay 1 night at Micra Anglia, (one of the most expensive bookings of our entire trip to Greece), 2 nights before our trip home, and were really looking forward to it. Two days before our stay with them, we unfortunately had to cancel our booking with them to schedule an alternative, emergency plan home. We reached out to see if the hotel would consider a partial or even nominal partial refund, given the circumstances. The answer from them, seemingly without even a moment’s consideration or ounce of compassion was a flat “No”. We believe that the way people and organizations behave during times of challenge, (with some compassion, or not) speaks volumes about them; in our view, Micra Anglia demonstrably failed this test. Everywhere else we went in Greece we encountered the most warm, wonderful (extraordinary!) hospitality, but this was NOT our experience with Micra Anglia —given that, we will not book with this hotel ever again. "
